The 20th International Conference on Fluidized Bed Combustion

November 20, 2008: Deadline for full manuscript submission

 210 abstracts have been collected, and more than half of them are from out of China

  The 20th FBC conference in a series will cover the latest fundamental research issues, as well as the application experience from pilot plants, demonstrations and industrial units regarding to the fluidized bed combustion science and technology. Some newest aspects in FBC technology development, such as the supercritical CFB boilers, fluidized bed oxy-fuel, and chemical looping also will be included

  The conference will keep aiming to bring academic knowledge to application as well as defining new areas for research. It will be an ideal gathering place for researchers, engineers, managers, plant operators, boiler manufacturers, component suppliers, academia and students around the world to interact each other and discuss FBC technology developments and their application.

   The conference will feature selected paper posts and exhibits from industries. A technical tour to Thermal Power Research Institute of China, as well as local tours for the accompanying visitors will be organized.  
 
    By September 20, 2008, 210 abstracts have been collected, and more  than of them are submitted from out of China.
